Using BotVisibility
BotVisibility lets you scan a website and get an agent-readiness report. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Acceptable use
- Scan public websites only, and only sites you own or are otherwise authorized to assess. Don’t use BotVisibility to probe sites you have no right to test.
- Don’t try to break, overload, or circumvent the service — including the rate limits, the metering, or the payment gateway.
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful.
We may rate-limit, block, or discontinue access if the service is being abused.
Free and paid scans
- Scanning is free up to a daily allowance per caller. Beyond that, scans are available as paid, pay-per-scan calls.
- Paid scans settle in USDC on the Solana blockchain via the open x402 protocol. Because blockchain payments are final and we hold no accounts or card details, paid scans are generally non-refundable.
- A report may occasionally be partial (for example, if a target site is slow or blocks our scanner). A partial report still reflects real work and isn’t treated as a refundable failure.
Reports are informational
BotVisibility’s checks and scores are automated, best-effort signals about how a site looks to AI agents. They’re informational, not a guarantee. We don’t promise that following a recommendation will produce any particular outcome with any AI system, search engine, or agent. You’re responsible for the changes you make to your own site.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BotVisibility and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is free or low-cost per scan; our total liability for any claim is limited accordingly.
Intellectual property
The BotVisibility name, site, checks, and content are ours. You’re welcome to use your own reports and the badge on your site. A scan’s results simply describe the public website that was scanned.
Third-party sites and services
Scanning a site means we fetch that public website; we’re not responsible for its content. We also rely on third-party providers (hosting, analytics, screenshots, payments) as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changes.
